this is not my own personal recipe, i added it for the zaar world tour game and now zaar reps refuse to remove it.

outstanding!!! The only thing i did differently is remove the shrimp once i put the wine in so they would not overcook as it reduce. The sauce was fabulous with fresh crusty bread

  1. In a saute pan, heat olive oil and saute garlic, bay leaf, and chile pepper until garlic is golden brown.
  2. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add white wine and reduce in half.
  4. Add juice from 1/2 lemon. Then add parsley.
  5. Serve very hot and garnish with other 1/2 lemon.
