Garlic Shrimp

Top Review by spooty3

Was OK. Well, that was a little joke in keeping with the spirit of the recipe. Yes, it's simple and terse and certainly needs a more descriptive title. Still, I had a pound of (26-30 count, frozen white) shrimp to use up, so I gave this a try. I made it exactly as written. To clarify, I thawed and peeled the shrimp, used vegetable oil, and the garlic was "minced in water" from a jar, not dried. I cooked it on medium-low heat (probably too low, I realized, as it took a while to cook). It tasted all right, but was perhaps too salty - I might cut the salt in half next time. But shrimp is always good! This could also probably benefit from a little more herbs/spices, perhaps dried parsley.
