i make this recipe with 1/2 whole whest flour and 1/2 bread flour, and use the gluten, but not the vitamin C. it really good, tastes wonder toasted with butter and raspberry fruit spread.

  1. Follow steps according to your bread machine.
  2. set on light crust setting.
  3. The original recipe calls for all whole wheat flour.
  4. and no all purpose flour.
  5. I have also used Robin Hood Multi grain flour-- I always put in 1 tbsp.
  6. glueten flour in all my recipes whether it is a plain white or whole wheat breads--.
