Very, very good! So much flavor! I have to admit, I read the recipe and though it was going to be WAY too salty because of the undiluted condensed soups, but it wasn't at all. Will make again, thanks!

Our family consumes this! I've also made it for our freezer meal group and they have requested it again. Thanks sooo much!

These are fantastic! I was worried about saltiness but the spice level was perfect. Sooo easy too!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! This was a big hit with my husband. He loved it. It is so simple and has so much flavor. I do recommend you splurge and get some good crusty rolls. Enjoy!!

I had some leftover roast beef in the refrigerator and my BF has been begging for French Dips... so I didn't start off with the chuck roast but instead just shredded up my leftover beef and slowly simmered it in the Au Jus... The Au Jus was just delicious...salty beefy goodness!!! I then sliced some bolillio rolls in half, layered on the beef, topped it off with some baby swiss ( personal taste for BF) then placed it under the broiler for just a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. It crisps up the rolls just a little for just a hint of crunch... This was a delicious recipe for a quick weeknight meal. Thanks for a delicious Au Jus!!!

I made these for a get together we had yesterday. Everyone raved and raved! The recipe is very similar to one I used to make, but lost. If you want to change it up a bit, use a rump roast in place of the chuck and add worcestershire sauce and thyme. Thank you for posting and giving me back a family favorite.

Really easy to throw together and so tasty! I kept picking at the beef as I was shredding it! Along with a crusty roll, this was a hearty lunch that tasted great and was super filling.
