I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Tops courtesy of Shop To Cook.
- 3 cups leftover cooked beef chuck roast, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- soft roll
- Saute green pepper and onion in oil in medium saucepan.
- Add BBQ sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded beef to saucepan; cook until heated through.
- Serve on rolls, buns or hot dog buns.
