We loved this soup and really liked the broth flavor. The best part was the gyoza though. I used the whole bag and increased the liquid by an extra cup. My son will want me to make this soup often. Thank you!
Hmm, to my dismay this was not as good as everyone said it was. I decided that perhaps I could enhance the flavor of the broth by adding soy sauce, but to no avail, the broth was still meh. For a quick and easy soup, I'd say 3.5 stars, but if I was served this at a restaurant, I would eat it, but I would not enjoy it
So wonderful and cooked in under 10 minutes. I used the pork gyoza from TJs. My only critique is I would double the recipe. I made for 2 of us and we would have like more, maybe double the liquid and keep the gyoza the same. Thanks so much for posting Sofie! Made for Culinary Quest FP, 2014.
What an awesome soup base. We really enjoyed all the lovely flavors in the broth. I made homemade pork dumplings which I served in the broth. A really nice quick and easy to make soup. Thank you for sharing this versatile soup recipe. Made for Culinary Quest - 2014 Suitcase Gourmets.
Nice Soup! I made this for a quick lunch for my husband-his only request was that I add sliced mushrooms next time. Made for CC 2014
It was so easy to do in just a few minutes. The taste is so good. Thanks sofie-a-toast :) Made for ZWT9
This was easy to make and reminded me of a combination of egg drop & wonton soups. The result is a mild soup with lots of room to play with add ins. I went ahead and used a quart of broth, added 1 cup of frozen stir fry veggies and 1 cup of mushrooms and was happy with the result. Thank you for sharing a recipe I'll use again.
Very good, thank you!
