This turned out a light, crumbly biscuit that went very well with strawberries and cream. Easy, peasy and yummy.

  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. Cut shortening into flour, sugar,baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add enough milk to make dough.
  4. Pat into greased 8" round pan.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Cut into 8 wedges.
