    I couldn't find a recipe for British shortbread surprisingly enough. Posted for ZWT6. I am totally guessing on the servings!

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 6-8

    Directions:

      Mix all the ingredients very well and roll the dough out.

      Cut rectangular cookies and make holes with a fork.
    3. 3
      Bake them 1 hour (or until they are golden brown) at 150 (300) degrees in the oven.

      1 1/2 c flour
      1 1/2 sticks butter
      2/3 c sugar
      1/2 c rice flour
      will do ,and rate rudy ate my butter dont want to lose numbers very nice cookie i got flour lol dog gone stars anyway here is the stars
