Directions

  1. Use fresh ginger root to make shogayu.
  2. Mix the ginger with sugar.
  3. Pour the hot water and stir.

Very nice! Tasty and a great home cure for everything from a sore throat to an upset stomach (fresh ginger is said to be very good for both nausea and general upset stomachs). Thanks so much for the great post.
