  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate either round steak, sirloin or lamb at least 2 hours.
  2. If you wish to use wild game, marinate longer.

This marinade was very good. I was out of ketchup, so I used chili sauce. I will use this always for kabobs. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

The photo didn't turn out that great with the light shining down on it, but the marinade was great. Just right for our lamb shish kabob's and set off all the flavors perfect. Made as directed and marinated over night,
