Eureka! I found it. I have made this many times a very long time ago. We received a Weber Kettle grill as a wedding present in 1980. The recipe was in the booklet. For special occasions I used it on a beef tenderloin. wow. Many raves. I lost the booklet and have tried to recreate it and could not it quite right. Thank you for posting.
I also had found this in a Weber grill leaflet from 1998. I used this marinade quite a few times and really liked it. I, too had wanted to put it online for safekeeping, so I was glad to see that you had already entered it! Thank you! The recipe said it made 2 cups.
