Great side dish and nice break from potatoes.My grandma Knorberg used to make this often.
- 1⁄2 cup long grain rice
- 1 (284 ml) cancampbell chicken broth
- 0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (284 ml) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- Combine all the ingredients in a small dish.
- Bake 50 minutes at 350F uncovered and 10 more minutes, covered.
