so easy...and so good - of course, it looks not so appetizing with the greenish sauce, but...it tastes good :-) i'll be making this again for sure

Judy I made this before, and realize I never reviewed it! I'm so sorry! This makes a wonderful quick, hot, nutritions lunch! I love shirataki noodles, and this is another way to use them! Thank you for the recipe! This is perfect for a WW version, just substitute lower fat feta, and could just eliminate the butter. That would probably have only a point or two per serving.
