Very easy and a great way to prepare mushrooms. I used shiitakes and oyster mushrooms and added just a tiny dash of soy sauce at the end of cooking. Served with steamed peavine and grilled tofu.
This is really a simple, tasty way to prepare mushrooms. I used them on a large salad, and they got rave reviews. Will try with other mushrooms also. (Fresh shiitakes are a bit pricey here.) Made for Fall 2008 PAC.
