Sherry's Chicken

This family favourite comes from my friend Sherry. Easy to make, rarely any leftovers, and if there are, it microwaves well the next day.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Place chicken in pan.
  2. Sprinkle cheese on top of chicken.
  3. Combine soup and sherry, and pour on top of cheese.
  4. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top.
  5. Cover with tinfoil.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, till chicken is tender.
  7. Remove tinfoil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
