- 236.59 ml dry sherry
- 118.29 ml canola oil
- 4 clove chopped garlic
- 4.92 ml paprika
- 14.79 ml italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 10 ice cubes
directions
- Whisk all ingredients except oil into a container, slowly add oil while whisking, microwave on HI for three minutes (or bring to a boil in a pan).
- Cool by adding ice cubes.
- Marinate 4 lbs of meat for 6-8 hours.
