Very good ! Great for summer to bring to a get together!
- 1587.57 g chicken wings
- 236.59 ml sherry wine
- 177.44 ml soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2.46 ml cayenne pepper
- 4.92 ml dry mustard or 14.79 ml Dijon mustard or 14.79 ml mustard
- Bake wings@ 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
- Drain grease.
- Pour mixture listed over wings and bake@ 350 and turn every 15 minutes until wings are sticky.
Tasty and quick. The sherry wine was a new experience for us - quite a noticable flavor. We cooked as time suggested but did not get sticky.
