ingredients

  • 1 quart sherbet, any flavor (I use rainbow flavor)
  • 12 liter carbonated carbonated lemon-lime beverage (7 Up is the best)

directions

  • Mix 1/2 quart of sherbet & 1/4 liter of soda together in a blender. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients.
  • Serve chilled in a glass.

  1. We used to get something called 'sherbet freeze' at High's Ice Cream shop, years ago...These are just like those, so this recipe took me back. We used lime, as that is a fave!
