- Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water.
- When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the herbat in frosty glasses.

Hey Dancer! I made this drink today and put everything into the saucepan excluding the crushed ice. Put in fridge and then served over ice. Very refreshing but the rose water was a bit strong. Still very good though! Thanks!
