One recipe made enough to feed my small village....and I frequently wonder why all so often I suddenly feel exhausted. Oh, even my grandchillins loved it.

I loved this and I haven't gotten a chance to ask my family yet. There are 3 great parts: meat, veges and mashed potatoes. My DH finished this up for me after I went to work tonight, The only ingredient we didn't use was the peas and we didn't have any. Made for PRMR.

My kids are extremely fussy but they all ate this and told me it was good. So I have to give this the highest of marks. Thank you and I will be adding it to my cookbook.

Great recipe! Super easy. I only had 2 lbs of potatoes so that's what I used ~ it was still plenty to cover the top. I threw some fresh rosemary and oregano from the garden in the meat mixture, and diced up some parsnips with the veggies too. It was delicious and my husband said it was one of his favorite meals! Will definitely make it again. Thanks!

Great recipe.<br/><br/>I did a few things differently that worked well:<br/><br/>Didn't have enough fresh potatoes, so I added some instant, mixed it all together and it worked. <br/>Also, put a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on the top and bottom of the mashed potatoes and also added some Mexican shredded cheese mix and sautéed portobello mushrooms into the meat and veggie concoction. The end result was superb. :)

AWESOME recipe! Thank you! Simple enough and I had most of the ingredients! I left out the ground beef because I'm vegetarian and used veggie broth instead. Still delicious, my boyfriend loved it too. I also added fresh green beans and substituted frozen form for frozen peas because that's what I had, hehe. Also, I had half in half in the fridge and used that instead of heavy cream and it worked out good. Also, I used Asiago cheesd because that was what was in the fridge. I had to leave it in the oven for 30 mins for it to really get nice and brown. Thank you!!!! Also, adding thyme and rosemary makes it even more flavorful!!! :) :)
