- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
- Brown hamburger, if its lean you wont have to drain Add cream corn, soup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into 9x13 dish.
- Add 1 cup of cheese.
- Add bag of tater tots.
- Top with more cheese.
- Cover with foil, and bake 350* for 30 minutes.
I have cooked it several times for a Celebrate Recovery group and is one of there favorites. Most see it as a comfort food from childhood.
I thought that it was really good.I think that it needs some more spice and more vggies though. It maybe that I like alot of veggies and food to be rally flavorful. It was really simple tp make and I would make it again.
This was good. The recipe does not state when to add the onions, so I added them when I browned the beef. Next time I will use a half the fat celery soup and maybe dilute it with a bit of milk or water as the casserole came out a bit dry and a wee bit salty - probably the soup caused this. Easy to prepare and quite good. Thank-you for sharing!
