We really liked this. I used one can diced tomatoes and one can of stewed. One can was not enough. Plus I added alot of cheddar cheese to it as well. Will make again.

I liked this but others in my family didn't. I used two cans of diced italian tomatoes as one didn't seem like enough.

I also added chopped garlic with the onion and added tomato paste with my tomatoes, but didnt have any REGULAR diced tomatoes --only had Rotel. I am the NON-spinach fan in the house, but the flavor was nice -- next time, will melt cheese over it like another poster suggested ... that DOES sound yummy!! :D

Really good! My DSS ate three helpings. That seems to be the magical helping number for him LOL. I really liked the dish, but my DH was so so with it. I'll make this again.

This was a very easy, very fast dinner that was satisfying and tasty. I added Ms. Bold's suggested garlic and balsamic vinegar as well as some italian seasonings. This one is a keeper -- especially for evenings when I feel unprepared and can't handle anything too complicated.

Thanks Shelly. I was short on time tonight to make dinner so I chose your recipe as I had all the ingredients at hand. A nice simple recipe, quick to repair. The colours made it attractive. And no complaints from the kids.
