  • Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish.
  • Pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake it in the oven @ 450 for about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly.
  • Shelly suggests to first make it in the oven and heat the leftovers in the microwave.

  2. I made it tonight. No pepper. No salt. Tastes great. I wish someone would define whether.this qualifies as Puree Stage or Soft Food Stage.

  3. Delicious and easy. The whole family enjoyed it, and for once I was able to eat what they were having (gastric sleeve 5/2018). I added 6 oz ground turkey and doubled the marinara from 1/2 cup to 1 cup. This will be a new staple in our home!
