"A chicken salad recipe given to me upon request from Shelly herself! She's a great cook and good friend. All ingredients are approximate as she make her's by taste."

• Yields: 6 Sandwiches
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 -2 lb boiled chicken, shredded (bone-in, anyparts)
• 1⁄4 cup onion
• 1 cup Miracle Whip light
• 4 -5 eggs
• 1⁄4 cup pickle juice
• garlic powder
• salt
• pepper

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. You may add more or less salad dressing depending on how creamy you and yours like it.
3. Serve Cold on Bread, Crossant or Lettuce leaf.
