This potato dish is similar to one I make during barbecue season - an excellent side dish with grilled steak. I've never added fresh onion pieces as well, but will next time as I love onion. You can do this on the grill by mixing the ingredients in a bowl then placing them on heavy duty tin foil which has been sprayed with a light coating of non stick vegetable spray. Wrap the foil, sealing the edges well and heat on the grill with the cover closed for about 40 minutes, turning once. One of my favorite potato recipes, thanks for posting this version Bumblebee!

Fantastic!!! These were very tasty! I did not use as much worchestershire sauce, simply because I ran out, but they turned out GREAT! Thanks so much for a great recipe.

I didn't want to ruin the 5 star rating so I didn't give this any stars. I should have known better than to make this because of the changes I had to make but wanted to make a few comments. First of all, I thought it was very tasteless and bland but that was because I left out the onions because I like them but they don't like me! Secondly, I baked them at too low of a temperature because I had something else in the oven too and they were undercooked. Just wanted to make these comments because the reason they turned out bad for me is my fault and I wanted to make sure no one made my mistakes. You need the onions for flavor and you need to be sure bake it at 350 for the first hour for tender potatoes. I felt I needed to add a lot of salt in order to make them edible. Follow the recipe exactly and these might be great - they just didn't work out for my family.

I picked a winner with this recipe and it's good I did because my main course turned out just awful. I had friends over and they enjoyed these potatoes so much. I wish I had made more. I did exactly as you wrote the recipe. These are some great tasting potatoes and I will be making them often.

This is a great recipe. It's so simple to prepare and then once it's in the oven all you have to do is breathe the wonderful aromas it emits!! It's no-fuss at all. I know I did something right because the onions carmelized perfectly and there was just the right amount of sauce for the potatoes. We also loved the crispiness of the potatoes.....They were just so good. Thanks Charmed for this simple, delicious recipe.
