I tinkered w/your recipe a bit, but the outcome was yummy good & stayed true to the heart of the recipe. Green onions & fresh herbs are rarely available here, so I used chives + dried dill & added garlic (a must for me). Everything works here & I esp loved the brandy flavor & the textural crunch of the pine nuts. I served it w/Baked Tortilla Chips by echo echo + adds as shown in the pic. I loved every bite of my lunch chow today, Annacia. Thx for sharing your recipe w/us. :-)
