Full of healthy seaweed, sesame seeds and nettle, these are good on popcorn, salad, on cooked grains or topping soup. From www.moscowfood.coop
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons dulse seaweed
- 3 tablespoons nettles
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry (no oil) frying pan over medium heat until golden.
- Add the dulse and nettles and toast until very fragrant.
- Remove from heat, cool and store in an airtight container.
