Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons dulse seaweed
  • 3 tablespoons nettles

Directions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry (no oil) frying pan over medium heat until golden.
  2. Add the dulse and nettles and toast until very fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat, cool and store in an airtight container.
