This is a new thing for me. I'm a die-hard cocktail sauce gal for my shrimps. I thought this was pretty good and wouldn't hesitate to serve it to my guests.
- 2⁄3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
- Mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
