Reviewed for PAC Fall 2007 I make a dip very similar to this so I knew we would love it.We usually scoop it up with a fresh loaf of pumpernickel bread but we're all trying to eat a little healthier so it was crudites this time and I used low-fat sour cream.Thanks for the yummy dip!
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed,squeezed,drained
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 package ranch dip mix (or any dip mix)
