- 2 cups Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 large onion
- 2 large eggs
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt or pepper, as needed
- Chop onion very fin.Mix all the ingredeints very well . Heat the oil. make even size of the mix and shape it in to long one inch triangels.put each one in the oil and flip it when is golden brown.serve with fresh slice of tomatos,pickls,and basil .
