      Who knew that grating tomatoes gives you almost instant tomato sauce! Cool :D. That said, this is really delicious. It takes a little bit of time but is so worth it. The sauce develops a grand deep flavor and the egg cooked this way is almost like silk. You'd never believe that it's low cal. Thanks so much Jenny for this keeper. :D
