I found this recipe in bon Appetit. it comes from Marisa Acocella Marchetto. I used anise flavored sugar - my personal taste - but the recipe calls for plain sugar. Cook time is the time to brew the espresso.
- Combine espresso and sugar in blender.
- Add the ice and blend for about 15 seconds.
- Serve in martini glasses garnished with lemon peel.
