"I found this recipe in bon Appetit. it comes from Marisa Acocella Marchetto. I used anise flavored sugar - my personal taste - but the recipe calls for plain sugar. Cook time is the time to brew the espresso."

  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 cup espresso, hot
