Succulent strawberries laced with brandy and topped with vanilla flavoured whipped cream
- Hull the strawberries and place in a bowl.
- Pour over the brandy and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Divide the strawberries between 4 individual serving glasses.
- Whip the cream with added vanilla essence until stiff and spoon over the strawberries.
Brandied flavored strawberries...yum! I also really enjoyed the vanilla cream. Mine didn't whip up very fluffy for some reason, but the flavor was spot on! Thanks for a nice light dessert treat! Made for the Spring 2009 PAC.
