Great BBQ sauce but a tad hot for me. I used some epicure selections hot salsa mix for the red pepper mix for the peppers and it was still to hot for me. I used the chili sauce and it was a perfect consistency. Thanks for posting, I made this for Pick-a Chef spring 2007 :)
What a very simple and tasty sauce. I did use the chili sauce as directed which added a little zing on it's own. Next time, I would cut back on the chili flakes a bit as it was a little too spicy for us even though we like it hot. Thanks LauraBelleBlue for a great barbecue sauce.
