ingredients
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1⁄2 ounce creme de banane
- 1⁄2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coconut extract
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 5 ice cubes
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Pour into serving glass.

It was a tasty cocktail, and quite refreshing. The coconut smoothed out the peach schnapps, and the rum rounded out the overall tropical feel of the drink. I liked it. -
This was good. I thought the flavors melded well together. Nice drink to make for the girls. -
Instead of coconut extract, I used Bacardi Coco (rum) and almost 1/4 ounce. This drink is so good and with this drink we don't need to go to Cuba LOL Thanks Lorie :) Made for Newest Zaar tag game
