Yum! This is definitely a "keeper". I have seen about half a dozen versions of this cocktail, and I decided to try them all to find my favorite version. And it is definitely this one. I really enjoyed it. It is so tasty and the combination of ingredients blended together to create a wonderful cocktail which I will definitely go back to this drink many times over. Talk about a trip down memory lane! My drink of choice during my downtown Seattle club days in the early 90's was the Sex on the Beach. I have never liked the midori version & haven't had a good SOTB since we moved from Seattle in 2000. I used your listed measurements & filled a rocks glass the rest of the way with ice. This was awesome! I used Malibu Coconut rum and garnished with maraschino cherries and a couple small ice cubes made from leftover canned pineapple juice.
