This was originally found on It was hard not to eat the whole thing at once. Very popular with the family.

  1. Mix butter, pecans and flour until crumbly.
  2. Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of the cool whip together.
  6. Spread over cooled crust.
  7. Mix the two boxes of pudding and milk.
  8. Beat one minute and spread over cheese layer.
  9. Spread 2 1/2 cups coolwhip over pudding layer.
  10. Shred hersey bar over coolwhip layer.
  11. Best when chilled.
