Seven Layer Supper

I cooked this one day and every one loved it. It's not that fatty and easy to make when you have a lot of children.

  1. Cook lean hamburger until done.
  2. Peel and slice carrots thinly.
  3. Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
  4. Put a layer of cooked hamburger in casserole dish.
  5. Layer of sliced carrots on top or hamburger.
  6. Layer of sliced potatoes on top of carrots.
  7. Repeat these three steps again.
  8. Put 3 cans of tomato soup on top with 2 1/2 cans of water.
  9. Bake at 375°F till potatoes and carrots are tender.
  10. This can also be cooked in a slow cooker.
  11. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk.
