This one wasn't broke so I didn't change a thing, except I don't eat bacon.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or favorite cheese)
  • mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 12-1 lb bacon, crisp fried and crumbled (or substitute, I like sunflower seeds)

Directions

  1. Layer in order given.
  2. Spread dressing 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Cover and refrigerate over night or all day.
  4. Toss and serve.
