      one of the best potatoe salad I have ever come acrossed....it is a meal in itself...wonderful flavor ..I did omit the garlic this time and the flavor is still excellent...

      I scaled this down and made in a small trifle glass. It was perfect for one person. I used veggie bacon and really enjoyed all the flavors. Thanks! And good luck!

      Neat idea! Enjoyed the crunch of the radishes, DH enjoyed having the peas in the salad, all together very tasty. Made and reviewed for the Craze-E Contest Spring 2009.

      I love the traditional layered salad made with lettuce, so thought this was a wonderful idea. Just as easy to put together too. In hindsight, I should have used yellow cheddar instead of the white. Would have had better colour. I didn't however care too much for the dressing. Not sure why, as I love all the ingredients. I will make this again, but will change the dressing somewhat. Thanks for submitting to the contest, and good luck.
