My Aunt Mary Ann gave me this recipe. I don't like peas, but I like this salad! It is a great dish to take for a potluck!

  1. Layer ingredients in the order listed above.
  2. It is important to chop the lettuce, peppers and onions very small.
  3. When spreading the salad dressing, make sure you cover the bottom layers completely, to the sides of the dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.

I made this last night and ate it today for lunch. This just hit the spot and was scrumptious! I didn't have Miracle Whip, so used mayonaise with a little sugar and cider vinegar added(about a tbls. each). Thanks Kim!

Everyone raved about this salad. It was easy to make and it serves a lot of people. I used frozen peas as well, none of us care for canned. Great recipe!

Very good, very easy to make and was a hit with the entire family. I did use frozen peas instead (personal preference) as no one in the family likes canned peas. Thanks.
