"This recipe was given to me by my kindergarten aide, Sue Woods. I have given this recipe to relatives, friends, and colleagues. It is fast and very good. If you don't like spicey, omit the Rotel."

- 1 lb hamburger
- 10 ounces rotel
- 15 ounces del monte original recipe canned tomatoes
- 15 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 10 ounces white shoepeg corn
- 15 ounces Veg-All
- 10 ounces vegetarian vegetable soup
- 10 ounces hormel chili with beans
directions
- Brown hamburger and drain.
- Add all cans.
- Simmer.

<p>I have always loved to cook and try new recipes. I am a kindergarten teacher, but will be retiring at the end of the 2006-2007 year. I love having people over for special occasions and just to have supper with us. I have been married 35 years and have 3 daughters.
