Excellent spinach recipe - I served it to a spinach hater and although it did not turn her around I loved it. I cooked the spinach in a skillet leaving only the water on the leaves after washing it and shaking them,no oil or additional water, covered the pan, heat on medium and in about 3 minutes it was heated through and the leaves were wilted.Poured on the dressing, let that heat for a minute, served and then sprinkled on the seeds Thanks ~Jelisa~

Jelisa, this is one of my new favorite recipes on Zaar! This is fabulous! It was so quick to make, and the flavor is out of this world. I can't wait to make your mom's noodles and try it with sushi, and with bulgogi, and by itself! I served with white rice and was in heaven for dinner. Thank you so much!

Very yummy, this is another great way to eat spinach. I just love Korean food.

I lived in Korea for 4 years and this is exactly like the sesame spinach served as a side dish in Korean restaurants. Usually, they give you 5 or 6 sidedishes along with your meal. This is really good and if you want to omit the oil to make lower fat, you can, although it will cut down on the sesame taste.

Excellent, DH said it was exactly like what he had in Korea. I steamed the spinach instead of blanching it, less water to squeeze out.

Everyone at my table loved it. Mine was a little watery though...next time I will drain better. Thanks for the recipe.

Jelisa, this was soooo delicious! I used the ready-to-go spinach in the bag. It took about 2 minutes or less to turn bright green. I forgot about the rinsing with cold water part, but I had everything else ready to go and mixed it up. Since my spinach was still hot, I used a clean kitchen towel and rung out the water that way (a trick I saw from Mario B.). We had Korean night here and served this with your other recipes on zaar: Spicy Cucumbers #30457, Spicy Pepper Steak #33347, Spicy Korean Chicken #29615, and rice. We are happy campers! :)
