I think this would also be good tossed with some steamed cauliflower. Yum!
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Whisk all of the ingredients together and pour over salad greens.
I used this on a mediterranean salad from a package of edamame. I'll add that recipe to my recipes here as well. I left out the sesame seeds because they didn't seem to go with the salad. Other than that it was delicious. Some of the bottled sesame dressings we have tried have been too sweet for my taste. This one was just right.
