Lovely Asian style salad dressing.
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2⁄3 cup canola oil
- 1⁄3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Place all ingredients in a 2 cup jar and shake well to dissolve. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
We added a small amount of minced thai peppers for some heat and also added a bit more of the sweetner as it was still a little tart for us. This is a great blend of flavors and we really enjoyed the sesame oil in there. Thanks for a wonderful dressing!
