Dressing for cold noodles. Dipping Sauce. Sauce for fish.
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons strong brewed green tea or 3 tablespoons black tea
- 2 tablespoons clear rice vinegar or 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
I made this to serve with Okra Patties by Miss Annie and it was great! I did reduce the sesame oil to about 2 tsp. Thanks, I'm glad I picked you for the Pick a Chef game!
