- 56.69 g thin spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 170.09 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 118.29 ml snow pea pods
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2.46 ml grated ginger
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 2.46 ml rice vinegar
- 29.58 ml orange marmalade
- 14.79 ml dark sesame oil
- salt and pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients except spaghetti in a small saute pan and cook over low heat until shrimp are opaque and not tightly curled, 3-5 minutes.
- Toss with heated cooked spaghetti noodles and serve.
