I just made this for the first time today and it was wonderful! A very different take on pasta, And takes practically no time! I used mushrooms instead of scallions and it tasted great!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 14 cup chopped scallion
  • 4 ounces pasta

Directions

  1. Cook Pasta.
  2. Heat sesame oil and peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, blend well Add scallions to sauce, add sauce to pasta.
  3. Stir.

This is quick and is good for those who are lacking time. I was disappointed with the taste combo, and it could have used some additional seasonings. Garlic and salt would be useful starting points. The scallions didn't quite fit in. My toddler who is a pasta and peanut butter fiend barely touched this.
