Yummy recipe! I followed the recipe exactly. When I broiled it the topping started to burn so I put the oven on bake at 350 degrees and baked the salmon instead. The fish took about 10 minutes and was wonderful. We really enjoyed the flavors. We will definitely make this again.

Yummy! We love fish in our house and this was a excellent recipe. I love the nuttiness of the sesame seeds and the tangy of the orange. Served with Gomae - Japanese Style Spinach Salad. Thanks for posting Boomette

This was wonderful. Great combo of flavors and so easy. Mine was cooked perfectly in 10 mins. Will put into the normal rotation.

Let me add my rating to this delicious and oh so easy dish to prepare. I followed ellie and used a mortar and pestle to grind the seeds. Toasting the sesame seeds really brings out the nutty flavor and aroma. This was served with steamed carrots and broccoli.

Very good salmon which we enjoyed with a simple tossed salad and baked potatoes. I used a mortar and pestle to grind the sesame seed and combine the ingredients with the sesame seed. Thanks for sharing!

WONDERFUL TASTING SALMON, & a nice change from other salmon recipes that I have around! I cut the recipe in half (just 2 of us) but would love to do the whole thing another time for company ~ Using the toasted seeds was a great idea, & thanks for sharing!
